We handle AI Workspace Integration the same way as everything else that comes through the workshop — including the board-level jobs other shops turn away.
We confirm the fault before anything is opened up, and nothing beyond what you agreed happens without us asking first. We don't wipe devices, though we'd still back up first if it were ours — the warranty page sets out what we can and can't take responsibility for. Repairs that replace a part are covered for 6 to 12 months, following the warranty our supplier gives us.
